Christmas Time!!

Gotta love Texas weather. Short sleeves one day and Jackets the next. Christmas was fun this year. Reesey got to meet her cousins from North Dakota and Arkansas. We enjoyed all the family time.

Reese loves being outside so going to the pumpkin patch was a hit with her. She ran around chasing a chicken and trying to pick up pumpkins. She loved this little tractor they had.

Reesey loves the water and had fun splashing it around in her squirt pools. Unfortunately she was sick and couldn't get in them.

She is already a diva with three wardrobe changes at her Birthday Bash.

She loves her thumb anyway but with icing on it...even better!!

She didn't want to eat anything because she felt bad but once I gave her a little taste of icing, she was all over that cupcake. Cupcakes took her mind off feeling bad for a little bit.

Figures...with all those presents she finds the most amusement in an empty water bottle.

Florida Baby!!

Reese took her first plane ride to her first vacation. August 12, 2010 we went to Destin Florida for a few days. As usual her momma wasn't good about taking picutres. Here are a few shots from her first visit to the beach. She had mixed feelings about the experience.

Play Dates!!

Well, Reese Kaylee is 9 months old today. As I am typing this she is crawling around the room at full speed. She loves being able to move and explore. Nothing that isnt more than 3 feet off the ground is safe from her quick little hands. Little Lucy is learning to stay out of Reese's path of destruction. Still only 2 teeth visible but I dont think it will be long before we see more. She is pulling up on all the furniture and walking around tables. We recently tried out a gymboree class and she loved it so I think we will start going regularly.

The pictures are from recent play dates with her friend Mason. One visit was at his house and Reese loved all the different toys he had to play with. She even took a ride in his neat Radio Flyer to the park. Yesterday we went to the Tot Spot at the Children's Museum. It was lots of fun. We will have to go back soon.

The Joy of My Heart!!

What a busy little bee I have become! I am growing so much each day. I now have 2 bottom teeth. I will sit myself up if you lay me down. I am scooting all over the place. I love the sound of my own voice. This month I will be 8 months old!!
