My growing Girl
Little Reesey is almost 4 months old. She has grown so much already. She is sleeping through the night in her own crib. She has become very interactive which her daddy can't get enough of. She loves to laugh and coo and trys to mimic the sounds you make. Soon we will start baby food. My baby food maker is being delivered tomorrow!

Reesey Growing up!!
Little Missy is 2 1/2 months old now. I can't believe how much she grows and changes everyday. We had a great Thanksgiving with all the families. Reesey is smiling more and talking more. I love listening to all the sweet sounds she makes. Her next doctor visit will be at 4 months old. I look forward to seeing her growth at that time.

Happy Halloween!!
We had a fun filled Halloween. Aunt Jamie came to visit me and took cute pictures of me in my little pumpkin costume that Aunt Kim bought me! Lucy got dressed up in her little elephant costume...she wasn't real happy about it and didn't wear it very long. We spent the evening at grandma's house visiting with family and I was one tired pumpkin when we got home!

Little Reese is growing so much and starting to really interact and respond to people. Our little pumpkin has a cute halloween outfit for everyday this week!

Reese's AJ visit!!
Today Reese got to hang out with her Aunt Jamie!! We got out of the house for a yummy sushi lunch. Reese did fabulous at the restaurant. Jamie brought her camera and captured tons of cute pictures of the little missy. Reese had some tummy time and after a few minutes she laid her head down and got comfortable with her paci.

I'm 4 weeks old!!
Yesterday at 12:15pm our sweet Reese turned 4 weeks old. The days seem to be flying by. She is awake more during the day and trying her hardest to smile and coo at you. I have started teaching her the word mama...I know any day she will say it back to me! :) Today she didn't want to sleep after her morning feeding so she had to entertain her mom with a photo session, we had fun. She let me know when she had enough with the camera though!

Little Reese's first Big Outing!!
Today sweet Reese and I went to my cousin Jackie's Baby Shower! It was her first real trip out. Of course by the time we got there Little Missy had a dirty diaper and wanted to eat and she let the world know it with those lungs. Then once she was fed, she slept through the rest of the visit. By the time we got home mom and baby were both ready to call it a night. Traveling anywhere is no easy task with an infant.
Saturday night Tom and I got our first "Parents Night Out". We enjoyed an adult evening at Megan and Wade's wedding. We had a really good time (maybe too much fun!) with all our friends. It was a much needed night off but mommy definitely missed her sweet pea. Reese got to spend the whole night hanging out with Nana, who was nice enough to come stay at our house for a sleep over.

The Sweet Pea
It was on January 9, 2009 that we learned we were going to be PARENTS. That morning when I got home from work I took a pregnancy test and when it came back positive, I rushed to the store for 2 more. That night when Tom got home from work I gave him the news between sobs. With all my crying, he was relieved to here we were expecting and not "I'm leaving". The next day he came home from work with beautiful flowers for his Mommy-to-be.
